Moncrease & Associates, LLC has operated out of Detroit, MI since 2004. Moncrease & Associates, LLC was originally founded to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds to successfully navigate through the health professions pipeline resulting in an increase in diversity in the health professions workforce. Since 2004, Moncrease & Associates, LLC has expanded its scope of work to five focused areas: ​

The Mission of Moncrease & Associates, LLC is to improve the health status of all Americans through its work with individuals, both public and private entities, local, state, and federal government agencies.

To provide health resources where they are needed when they are needed resulting in no one losing their life or the life of a loved one; being left behind or left out; or suffering due to a lack of resources.
